Tournament of Minds begins at the Branch level. Schools from across the Capital Country region are invited to register with Tournament of Minds (TOM) ACT. Each school team will select their long-term challenge, develop a challenge solution independently and practise spontaneous problem-solving.
The ACT committee is always willing to assist and support you to implement the TOM program at your school. Any school, home school or community group may join our tournament. Based on the TOM principles of creative thinking and cooperative learning, TOM ACT has developed workshops that will support you to implement TOM at your school. Our workshops are revised each year to ensure that updated challenge information is made available to team facilitators.
